Knead the covering paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar or Magic Roll-Out Powder and roll thinly to an even circle with a rolling pin. The covering paste can be rolled out even under 2 mm! Turn the covering paste a quarter to prevent sticking. Cover your cake with the covering paste. Tip! Covapaste White Cova Paste Ready to Roll Icing 2.5kg

Cova Paste     White Covapaste, in 1 x sealed 2.5kg pack A softer handling covering paste with a light vanilla flavour and smell.  Perfect for covering wedding and birthday cakes. Simply work the paste with your fingers to warm the paste and improve its elasticity.  Roll out onto a non-stick board using a non-stick rolling pin.
