Sweet Silk is an especially smooth and white sugar paste designed for covering fruit or sponge wedding and celebration cakes.  It was recently voted top by an independent testing panel in a trial against six other leading brands! Sweet Silk has a delicate vanilla flavour, but will also take colour and flavour for use on all types of novelty cakes.
