10kg is the original recipe Rainbow frosting which is a stiffer consistency, great for frosting cakes 5kg is the new recipe softer use straight from the tub vanilla frosting   A smooth, creamy frosting that is ready to use straight from the pail to add value and indulgence to cakes, tray bakes, muffins and cupcakes. Free from artificial colours and flavours. This product is white/off white but can be whitened further with Sugar flair icing whitener powder or gel (extra white) Storage This product is best stored at a temperature between 5°C and 20°C. Do not heat above 45°C, do not heat in the microwave.
